This Privacy Policy explains how Wallab, provided by Jean Carlos Barbaglio Maia ("we", "us", or "our"), handles
information when you use the Wallab mobile application (the "App"). Wallab is an augmented reality wall
measurement and visual reference app for artists, muralists, graffiti creators, and visual professionals.
We designed Wallab to work locally on your iPhone. The App does not require an account, does not use
advertising, does not sell personal information, and does not track you across apps or websites.
1. Information We Collect
Wallab is designed to minimize data collection. The App does not collect personal information from you through
its own servers.
Camera and AR data
Wallab uses the iPhone camera, ARKit, and, when available, LiDAR and depth-related sensors to detect and
measure a wall, create a virtual wall reference, and place artwork over that wall in augmented reality.
Camera frames, AR tracking data, wall measurements, LiDAR/depth readings, and spatial references are
processed on the device to provide the App functionality. We do not upload camera images, AR scans, LiDAR
data, wall measurements, or spatial maps to our servers.
Photos selected by the user
If you choose an image or artwork from your photo library, Wallab uses that selected image to display it as a
visual reference on the wall. The selected image remains on your device and is not uploaded to our servers by
Wallab.
Local app settings
Wallab may store local preferences on your device, such as tutorial status, LiDAR preference, precision mode,
display settings, brightness behavior, and other app configuration choices. These settings are stored locally on
your device and are used only to improve your experience inside the App.

If you test Wallab through Apple TestFlight or send feedback through Apple tools, Apple may provide us with
crash reports, screenshots, device information, feedback text, or other diagnostics depending on what you
choose to submit. This information is handled through Apple systems and is used only to improve the App.
2. How We Use Information
- to provide AR wall measurement and visual reference features;
- to allow you to place, adjust, and view artwork on a wall in augmented reality;
- to remember local app preferences on your device;
- to troubleshoot bugs, crashes, and user-reported issues;
- to improve App stability, usability, and performance.
3. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use third-party advertising in the App.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not create user accounts inside the App.
- We do not upload your selected artwork, camera feed, wall scans, or AR measurements to our servers.
- We do not use analytics services in the current version of the App.
4. Permissions Used by the App
Camera permission
Wallab needs camera access to provide augmented reality features, detect wall surfaces, and display your
artwork as a visual reference in the real environment.
Photo library permission
Wallab may request access to your photo library so you can choose an artwork or image to place on the wall.
Wallab only uses the images you select.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Wallab stores app preferences locally on your device. You can remove this local information by deleting the App
from your iPhone. Selected artwork and AR session data are used for the current App experience and are not
uploaded to our servers.
If you contact us by email, we may retain your message and contact information for as long as needed to
respond, provide support, or keep a record of the issue you reported.
6. Sharing of Information
Wallab does not share your camera feed, selected artwork, wall measurements, AR scans, or spatial data with
third parties through our own servers.
Information submitted through Apple TestFlight, App Store, crash reporting, or other Apple services may be
processed by Apple according to Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

We use a privacy-conscious design by keeping the App functionality local on your device whenever possible.
However, no method of electronic storage or communication is completely secure. You should avoid sharing
sensitive personal information in support emails unless necessary.
8. Children's Privacy
Wallab is intended for artists, muralists, graffiti creators, and visual professionals. The App is not directed to
children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International Users
Wallab can be used internationally. If you contact us, your support communication may be processed in the
country where we operate or where our email provider operates.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of
this page. Continued use of Wallab after the policy is updated means that you acknowledge the updated policy.
